Features
Digital Pager: for customers
- Scan a QR code. No app and no account.
- Large order number and clear status: Received, Preparing, Ready, Collected.
- Updates by themselves; falls back to automatic checking if the live connection drops.
- Optional browser push (device support varies; iPhone usually needs the page added to the Home Screen).
- Optional WhatsApp message with explicit consent, when you connect a WhatsApp Business account.
- The page never shows phone numbers, staff notes or anyone else's order.
Digital Pager: for the counter and kitchen
- Fast order entry: the cashier types a number from 1 to 999. A number can't be on two live orders at once, and it's free again as soon as the order is done.
- One permanent QR code per branch, printed once: customers scan it, type their number and follow their own order. Print it as a poster or an A4 sheet, plus a small number slip for each order.
- Queue columns, one-tap status changes, keyboard shortcuts and a full-screen kitchen display.
- Cancellations need a reason; managers can correct mistakes with a recorded reason.
Live Queue
- Guests join by QR code, or the host adds walk-ins and phone-ins.
- You choose which details to collect; only those fields are accepted.
- Guests see their position, groups ahead, an estimate clearly marked as an estimate, and when it was last updated. They can leave the queue themselves.
- Controlled flow: waiting, called, table ready, seated, cancelled or no-show, with a grace period before a no-show. Repeated taps never call a group twice.
- Capacity limits, opening hours, auto-pause when full, seating-size and priority categories, and rules for rejoining.
- Reorder the list with every change recorded. A failed alert never removes or changes a guest.
Online Reservations: for guests
- A booking page on your own link, with only the times that are really free.
- A private booking link shows the status, and lets the guest cancel (within your deadline) or answer a question from you.
- A request that is waiting for approval is always shown as not yet confirmed.
- Arabic and English, right-to-left aware.
Online Reservations: for the restaurant
- Capacity by seats or by real tables. The same last seats can't be sold twice, even when requests arrive at the same moment.
- Approval your way: automatic, manual or conditional, set per restaurant, weekly service, booking type or special date. Pending requests hold their table until a time limit you set.
- Approve, reject, ask the guest a question, move a booking, assign tables, or take phone bookings. Every change is recorded.
- A booking-form builder: add your own fields, with versions so a published form never changes under existing bookings.
- Day, week and list calendar, a requests queue, closed dates, holidays and special hours.
- Optional guest-breakdown rules you configure and disclose to guests before they book. They only use what the booker declares. You are responsible for making sure any policy is lawful where you operate; Eldour makes no legal claims.
- Sensitive booking details are hidden by default, limited to the roles you choose, and every view is logged. Guests' data can be exported or deleted on request.
For owners and managers
- Subscribe to modules separately, with trials, limits and a usage report. You can enable or disable a module yourself.
- Roles: owner, manager, cashier, kitchen and host. Invite staff with one-time links.
- Analytics from real data for each module: preparation times, queue waits, booking and no-show rates, hourly volume.
- Failed notifications are visible, and never change an order, queue place or booking.
- Configurable retention for guest details.
Security
- Each restaurant's data is isolated at the database level, and a module you don't subscribe to is closed off there too.
- Guest links are 256-bit and stored only as one-way hashes; lookups can't be used to guess other guests' bookings.
- Live updates carry no personal data.
- Repeated invalid link attempts are rate-limited, and sensitive actions are written to an audit log.
