What happens next

Collect your order at the pickup counter by the door.

Digital Pager

The cashier gives each order a number. The customer scans your counter's QR code, types their number and watches the order on their own phone until it's ready.

Questions

Do I have to use all three modules?

No. Each module is a separate subscription. A café might only want the pager, a busy dining room the queue and bookings.

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. They scan a QR code or open your booking link. Every status page works in the browser and updates by itself.

What if a guest's phone can't receive notifications?

The page always shows the true status and updates while it is open. Push, WhatsApp and email are extras, never the only way. Web push on iPhone generally needs the page added to the Home Screen.

Are WhatsApp and email included?

The integrations are built, but they use your own WhatsApp Business and email-provider accounts (WhatsApp needs approved templates). They stay switched off until you configure them.

Will a booking request be confirmed automatically?

Your choice, per restaurant, service, booking type or date: automatic, manual approval, or conditional rules. A request waiting for approval is always shown as not yet confirmed, and the table is held while you decide.

Can I set rules about the mix of guests in a booking?

There is an optional rules tool that only uses what the booker declares, and the rules are shown to guests before they book. You are responsible for making sure any policy you set is lawful where you operate; the tool makes no legal claims.

Do you take payments?

No. Guests pay you as they do today. Eldour manages pickup, waiting and bookings. Billing for Eldour itself is not connected yet.

What guest data do you keep?

Only what you ask for on your forms. Contact details are erased automatically after the retention period you set, sensitive answers sooner, and you can export or delete a guest's data on request.
